Madhu is a highly experienced end-to-end Solution Architect with over 16 years of experience in the industry. Currently working at Tech Mahindra, Madhu is responsible for the revamp and end-to-end rewrite of Singtel's Dash platform on Kony MADP platform. As a single owner of the solution, Madhu plans and designs architecture, solution approach, development, and delivery of the solution into the market. Madhu has a diverse background, having worked in various roles and industries. Prior to joining Tech Mahindra, Madhu was the Chief Knowledge Officer at Enixer Co Ltd, where he headed the Academy and trained to build a millennial workforce with niche technologies in Digital, Mobile, AI ML, IOT, and Blockchain. He also led digital strategy to empower partners in achieving enterprise solutions. Before that, Madhu was a Solutions Architect at Kony Professional Services, where he dealt with native/hybrid/mobi-web application consulting, design, and delivery. Madhu's education background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. He has a wide range of technical skills, including Senior Software Engineer, Mobile, infra, DevOps, AI, Web, AWS, Azure, Blockchain, ML, Java, test, iOS, Microservices, Integration, NLP, Kubernetes, Spring, Jenkins, ui, CI/CD, Docker, Tensorflow, SQL, Kafka, Software Engineer, Image Processing, Android, SDET, Javascript, Research Scientist, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Elastic Search, and Spring Boot. Madhu is not interested in infrastructure only or DevOps Admin roles, as he believes that a solution architecture is not only infra. He is a problem solver who thrives on building Agile teams and solving complex problems with a rapid pace and simplistic design. Madhu is an expert in picking up mobility trends across the industry and adopting them to business needs to convert these ideas into winning proposals.
